This page is written for real parish staff. It should feel credible in a live product even before a full help center exists.

When to contact support

Our Parish Voice is designed to support weekly parish OCIA operations. Contact support when something appears broken, data looks inconsistent, invitations are not behaving as expected, or your team is unsure which workflow to use.

Include the parish name, the screen you were on, what you expected to happen, and whether the issue also appears after a page refresh.

Fastest first checks

  • Refresh once after a recent deployment or database migration.
  • Confirm the parish user has the correct role in Team.
  • Confirm your production URL and auth redirects are configured correctly.
  • For email issues, confirm Resend sender verification and env vars are set.
