Week 7 is live for candidates
Creed & Profession of Faith — unlocked for the portal this Sunday.
Spreadsheets were never meant to carry a soul toward the sacraments.
Missed follow-ups, unclear readiness, and rite-day panic are what happen when OCIA lives in inboxes and shared drives. Our Parish Voice gives your coordinators and catechists one desk — purpose-built for the catechumenate, not another parish census tool.
- Know who is ready before every rite
- Unlock formation candidates actually open
- Turn missed sessions into pastoral follow-up

FAQ
OCIA software questions parish teams ask before they switch
Does this replace our parish database?
No. Keep census, giving, and membership where they already live. Our Parish Voice is built for the OCIA year — readiness, rites, follow-up, and candidate formation.
Is this a full church management system?
No. Our Parish Voice is purpose-built for OCIA. We deliberately do not do membership directories, stewardship, or facilities.
Is this RCIA software?
Yes — if you still search for RCIA, you are in the right place. The Church now uses OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults). Our Parish Voice covers both the unbaptized path and baptized candidates preparing for full communion.
What do candidates see?
A parish-branded portal with weekly unlocked formation lessons, schedule, announcements, progress, and document upload — not a staff admin screen.
Does it handle catechumens and baptized candidates?
Yes. Unbaptized path: inquiry through mystagogy. Baptized non-Catholic path: inquiry → candidate → full communion.
How is Growth different from Starter?
Starter covers the core pipeline, attendance, and docs. Growth adds readiness blockers, rite planning, auto follow-up from absences, the formation library with unlocks, and fuller reporting.
How long does setup take?
Most parishes are operational in one session: parish profile, inquiry form, first session, and first person record. White-glove setup is available on request.
